A. Fundamentos do certo e do errado.

B. A Lei Moral Escrita no Coração do Homem
1. A Consciência como Guia

Mostram que a obra da lei está escrita em seus corações, enquanto a sua consciência também dá testemunho, e os seus pensamentos conflitantes os acusam e até os desculpam.”
· Romanos 1:19-20: “Pois o que se pode conhecer a respeito de Deus lhes é manifesto, porque Deus lhes manifestou. Pois os seus atributos invisíveis, desde a criação do mundo, o seu eterno poder e a sua divindade, têm sido claramente percebidos, por meio das coisas criadas. Por isso, eles são inescusáveis.”
C. A Lei de Deus Revelada nas Escrituras
1. A Lei do Antigo Testamento
· Deuteronômio 30:11-14: “Porque este mandamento que hoje te ordeno não é difícil demais para ti, nem está longe de ti. Não está nos céus, para que digas: Quem subirá por nós ao céu, e no-lo trará, para que o ouçamos e o cumpramos? Nem está além do mar, para que digas: Quem atravessará o mar por nós, e no-lo trará, para que o ouçamos e o cumpramos? Mas a palavra está muito perto de ti; está na tua boca e no teu coração, para que a cumpras.”

D. O amor como a realização do que é certo
1. O amor como o maior mandamento
· João 13:34-35: “Um novo mandamento vos dou: que vos ameis uns aos outros. Assim como eu vos amei, que também vos ameis uns aos outros. Nisto conhecerão todos que sois meus discípulos: se vos amardes uns aos outros.”
· Romanos 13:8-10: “Não devam nada a ninguém, exceto o amor recíproco, pois quem ama ao próximo cumpriu a lei. Pois os mandamentos: Não adulterarás, Não matarás, Não furtarás, Não cobiçarás, e todos os outros mandamentos se resumem nesta palavra: Amarás o teu próximo como a ti mesmo. O amor não pratica o mal contra o próximo; de sorte que o amor é o cumprimento da lei.”

1. Carne vs. Espírito

Eu os advirto, como antes os adverti: os que praticam tais coisas não herdarão o Reino de Deus. · Romanos 8:5-6: “Pois os que vivem segundo a carne inclinam-se para as coisas da carne; mas os que vivem segundo o Espírito inclinam-se para as coisas do Espírito. Porque a inclinação da carne dá para a morte; mas a inclinação do Espírito dá para a vida e a paz.”
F. O julgamento de Deus sobre o certo e o errado
1. Julgamento segundo as obras
· Apocalipse 20:12-13: “E vi os mortos, grandes e pequenos, em pé diante do trono, e abriram-se livros. Então abriu-se outro livro, que é o da vida. E os mortos foram julgados pelas coisas que estavam escritas nos livros, segundo as suas obras.”

7. Não cometerás adultério

10. You Shall Not Covet
· Luke 12: 15: “And he said to them, ‘Take care, and be on your guard against all covetousness, for one’s life does not consist in the abundance of his possessions.’”
· Matthew 6: 19-21: “Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth, where moth and rust destroy and where thieves break in and steal, but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven, where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal. For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also.”
